Excellent customer service on the mattress department. Very clear and detailed explanation. No hard sell. Recommended exactly what we need. Not many choice for sofa. Plenty of choice for refrigerator and other electronic items. Excellent customer service at monitor department as well. Can pay by installment if exceed certain amount. Ask the customer service before purchase

Went there many times but today I finally decided to post a review because this is the first time I tried to test their “price match guarantee” after finding a lower priced product elsewhere. In Nov 2023, I purchased a TV, Washer and Fridge from Harvey Norman. Today, Dec 2023, while I was shopping around at other electronics stores, I found that there were offering much better prices. Took some photos and brought this back to Harvey Norman. I was half expecting them to spin some story and not getting the reduced price. BUT I was shocked at how easy it was. Harvey Norman has earned my trust, I will go back again.

Went to Northpoint Harvey Norman, I was serve by two friendly staff who introduce on the TV and refrigerator, we eventually make decisions to buy both of the appliances, but when we decided to further go to washing machine division, no one is serving, all the staff about 5 to 6 of them just stand there with pressing their phone, even some of them saw me and my husband is waiting there to serve,but they just totally ignore, we are waiting there and they just avoid eye contact with us. Seems like scare to introduce the product,brand to us. Until one of the Malay guy (not sure),but we request someone can speak Mandarin, then he just ask his colleague to serve us. We are asking the recommendation and comparison between 3 brands, but the person didn't give us any useful info and did not further give any recommendations. So I was totally disappointed with this kind of service. Hope that washing machine division can improve the customer service and the management pls take in action.

We were browsing for shaver and were served by Stefan/Seven Feng, advising and recommending us on the different brands, models, and specifications of shaver. Despite we were just checking out the pricing and wanted to purchase it over the e-commerce, he still served us with great service and great courtesy! 👍🏻 In the end, we decided to get it on the spot. Thank you, keep up the good service!

Just left the outlet frustrated and disappointed with their service. Came to purchase an item, not even browsing. We wanted to ask the staff if its in stock as we could not locate the item. Apparently the staff weren't around the area and we then approached the cashier for assistance. We were immediately dismissed by the cashier while she call upon the next customer by telling us to look for the staff at the section we just came from where we waited for 5 minutes and still not being attended by anyone. Request a prompt reply from the management and retraining is required of the staff.

I went to the Harvey Northpoint to look out for the laptop that I shortlist and I was served by one of the staff call Benjamin Ng was told by him the model I shortlist have short life span and screen panel not good. He recommended me LG but that is over my budget and I have told him but he keep insisting that my shortlist model is bad . He keep pressuring me to purchase LG product or other model and I feel uncomfortable by the way he recommend . This very waste my time and I told the guys many time I will not consider other model .Anyway end up I leave the store and bought from other retailer . Unprofessional service
